By registering for a web conference / web seminar, you consent to the electronic processing and storage of your contact data. The data is processed for the purpose of preparing, conducting and following up on the web conference / web seminar and is intended to enable communication on the event and association topics. We maintain online presences within social networks and platforms in order to be able to communicate with interested parties active there and to inform them about the activities of chemstars.nrw. – Purpose: invitation management by e-mail, sending registration confirmations by e-mail, sending pre-event reminders by e-mail, sending further information or last-minute changes to registered event participants, optimizing event planning, general contract initiation

If we invite you to an event, we will delete your data as soon as we no longer need it for the organization and design of the event.
